You will thus save the troubles that happen when you're not able to meet the right trading partner, that means material supplies that cannot be met in all their economic amount.
Credit Pre-Recovery This kind of informations is aimed at verifying, in case of overdue credits, which are the goods, both movable and immovable, or job incomes, to go for in order to satisfy your credit claims. - debtor's actual work together with the data concerning the place where this activity is carried out, be it both a self employement or a subordinate work;

- in case of emigration, data relating to the city of transfer; we have the possibility to extend the investigations to the new place upon specific request of yours;
- in case of debtor's death we'll take steps to acquire the inheritance abandonemen by the heirs, or name surname address and working activity practised by the above.
B)
Upon specific request, EUROPOL S.R.L. will furthermore provide:
- an accurate report pertaining to the possible real properties registered in the debtor's and his/her possible spouse's name, unless the two spouses have established a separation of property. In case of debtor's death the assessment will be made on the heirs who have not waived the inheritance. The report includes indication on the place where the estate is located, of its buying price and trade price, wether the property bears mortgages and/or other burden.
C)
Furthermore, we'll conduct upon specific request an accurate report pertaining the requested bankrupted debtor, along with the following document attached:
- adjudication in bankruptcy;
- project of final assets allotment;
- discharge in bankruptcy.
D)
An accurate report pertaining to any possible property of goods like motor-cars and boats owned by the requested debtor or his/her spouse, unless the two spouses have established a separation of property. The report will provide you with items which can identify the vehicle (type and year of registration) and any possible charge on it. |
